MES technology is mainly used in the execution system of production and manufacturing, which distributes the corresponding production plan to the relevant processes and machines to organize production, and realizes the intelligent production management of the whole production process from raw materials storage to finished products storage. Internal mixing workshop
The six axis robot in the internal mixing workshop automatically transports the rubber blocks. The rubber blocks are broken automatically by the rubber crusher and mixed in the uniform tank. The mixed rubber particles are weighed and proportioned automatically, and the small materials are weighed automatically. Together with the synthetic rubber, they are automatically transported to the internal mixer for mixing. The mixed film is automatically sampled and tested, and then transported automatically. The rubber materials are stored in the vertical warehouse for use.
When the film is needed in the parts workshop, the film will be automatically delivered to the corresponding extruder in the parts workshop, and the two-dimensional robot will automatically grasp and load the rubber to press out the tread, sidewall, inner liner and other parts. High precision steel wire can be rolled by the steel wire rock press, and then automatically transported to the steel cord intelligent silo for storage. When steel cord fabric is needed, the steel cord fabric will be automatically delivered to the carcass. After production, the steel cord fabric will be automatically delivered to the carcass, sidewall and inner liner intelligent silo for caching. The bead core integrated production line integrates the processes of automatic winding, automatic wrapping, automatic gluing and automatic loading of bead core by two six axis robots.
When the semi parts are used in the forming workshop, the semi parts will be automatically sent out of the warehouse and automatically transported to the feeding station of the forming machine by the air EMS car and AGV car to complete the forming. After the embryo forming is completed, the manipulator will unload the embryo automatically. After automatic weighing, automatic barcode pasting, automatic scanning and RFID information binding, it will be automatically transported to the embryo intelligent vertical library for caching.
When MES issues the production order and material calling information, the embryo is automatically delivered to the vulcanization workshop. The 3D truss robot grabs the embryo for vulcanization and automatically transports the embryo to the tire storage device of the vulcanization machine. It can realize the unattended state of the vulcanization workshop, subvert the traditional production and manufacturing process, and complete the transportation of 15 machines in 30 minutes. The vulcanized products are transported to the final inspection workshop by the trench module belt to complete the last process before production and intelligent final inspection.
Final inspection workshop
The last procedure before warehousing is final inspection, which is listed as: Uniformity Inspection, dynamic balance inspection, dislocation speckle inspection and X-ray inspection.
Gantry sorting stacking robot and automatic destacker are mainly used for temporary storage and re online of tires to be inspected (uniformity and dynamic balance).

X-ray inspection of tire inner cord arrangement defects, automatic grading, automatic marking, section analysis and other functions.
